Gather

Church starts with showing up, just as you are. At Welborne, you don't need a cleaned-up version of yourself or the right answers, you just need to come through the door. We want you to be known here, not by what you bring, but by your name.

Gathering looks like joining us for worship, showing up to a fellowship event, or simply sticking around after the service to say hello. There's no prerequisite. Come as you are, and let's go from there.

Grow

You can't grow in faith by watching from the sidelines, growth happens through doing. It's less like a classroom and more like learning a craft: you grow by practicing, even before you feel ready or qualified.

Growing looks like joining a small group, serving on a team, or taking a next step in a class, even if you don't feel like an expert yet. We'd rather you jump in and learn as you go than wait until you feel fully prepared. That's how discipleship actually works.

Go

Faith isn't meant to stay inside these walls. Once you've gathered and grown, you're sent out, not just informed, but equipped to carry it into your home, your workplace, your neighborhood.

Going looks like serving our community, showing up for others the way you've been shown up for, and carrying what you've learned here into everyday life. Wherever you are, that's your mission field.
